Our contributor, Brother Pierre Choquette, s.c. from Sherbrooke, graciously send us this magnificent photo of Joseph Choquet and Rosalie Rainville's impressive family. Here are the notes he added: "I found a note glued below this photo indicating it was taken in 1901. At that time, my grand-father was 10 or 11 years old as he was born in 1890. He is one of the three boys seen beside their father, but I have yet to identify which one. The photo was given to me by Mr. Rene Roy, Augustin Roy and Marie Anne Angelina Choquette's son. She is my grand-aunt, shown here as the youngest of the family on her mother's lap. Isn't it wonderful ?" |
